Sensaterra interviews Alessandra PadelliAlessandra Padelli, export and marketing manager of SpecialCoffee, tells the story of their roasting, and how quality, sustainability and innovation are the basis of their project. She explains in detail their roasting process, emphasizing the use of cutting-edge methods.

Could you describe the activity of SpecialCoffee?

“SpecialCoffee is a coffee roasting company that since 1999, after careful research and selection of raw materials, imports the best coffees directly from the origin Countries. Once the coffees reach our warehouses, they are blended and roasted according to the Italian tradition of espresso, to then be packaged and distributed.
The ingredients of our secret recipe? High and steadfast quality, passion, tradition, responsibility and innovation.
SpecialCoffee’s journey begins with my dad Alfredo’s passion for coffee. A place, a dream and an idea become in fact a company and a tradition (that one of coffee). SpecialCoffee is a successful company story, but above all, the story of a family with the passion for coffee, from the bean to the cup. My sister Federica and I grew up with the company and coffee is simply the passion that was passed on to us by our father.”
