MILAN – A departure in pink also for this Monday. The month of April opens with Alessandra Padelli, export and marketing manager of SpecialCoffee, the roasting company in Rogolo, Valtellina. A family company that has been going on for twenty years.
Alessandra, what is coffee for you? A memory, a habit, a means?
“Coffee has many meanings for me. I could say past, present and future. Past: made of memories, values and traditions. Present: the passion for this product. And then coffee is often a need, an excuse to take a break or a meeting moment; an indispensable daily ritual. Future: a constant research for new coffees and new cultures. It’s nice to find out how in every country there are different cultures and traditions related to coffee. Maybe it’s all these facets that fascinate me most about coffee.”
