Why Caffè Filtro?

For those who love a delicate coffee with a light body prepared as filtered coffee, long or American coffee.

All of the pleasure of Italian coffee with a lighter taste!
The filtered coffee, also referred to as long or American coffee is standard in the United States and highly appreciated in Northern Europe.
By definition, it’s a delicate coffee with a light body.
Although far from being embedded within the italian lifestyle, the oldest and simplest method is still the most widespread in the world representing about 80% of world consumption.
SpecialCoffee reinterprets filtered coffee by infusing it with the best of italian tradition, along with its passion and experience to meet the demand of new drinking habits while maintaining the same excellent quality synonymous with our brand.
100% SpecialCoffee taste, 100% long (coffee) pleasure.

Gentle roasting allows for the slower preparation of filtered coffee machines while accentuating the distinctive, enveloping aroma.

Medium grind crafted for preparation with a filtered machine or a French Press.

The clever 280gr. stand-up bag with valve allows ground coffee to remain fresh thanks to the hermetic plastic with easy to use zipper.

In the cup (even if each experience will differ depending on brewing method) it offers a mild, balanced taste with a light, pleasant body ending in a long, fragrant aftertaste all the while maintaining the aroma and fragrance of authentic Italian coffee pleasure!

SpecialCoffee’s experts suggest: slowly savour filtered coffee in a mug (large cup) to capture its delicious, balanced taste ending in a rich, nutty finish.
To prepare the perfect filtered coffee: measure 3-4 rounded teaspoons of coffee (around 15-20gr) per 250ml of fresh water.
A good coffee-to-water ratio is between 60-70 grams of coffee per liter of water to provide the perfect boost any time of the day.

Coffee that always gives the right charge at any time of the day.
